3DES With 32-Bytes Private Key

I need the exact result using asp.net. Details are:

Private Key: F8660BF9063B1BBEFEA2BC413C8514FE

Input Card No: 505448202900004326  -and-  Encrypt Value will be: 6D5A33958D6FA8BEF78929CA7C11E813

Note: you have to pad the 18-digit card number with 14 zeros to make it a 32-byte string and then encrypt it.

Please select "ECB". If the result does not match, then may be the library is using "CBC" as default. In that case, please be sure to use "0000000000000000" as the IV.

Please Do the Encryption and Decryption for helping me asap. I need it very urgent. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any query.
