I have a spreadsheet that returns a value depending on whats in a particular range of cells. If the cells move or is replaced by other values (its linked to a access database) the refernce is either deleted or returns #REF!. How can I fix the cell reference to look in the cell regardless of the cell contents and remain 'fixed'?
