MS Office ACCESS: Could not update: currently locked.

Hai,

I have a multi user call center like application of MS Access 2003. 
Lately we are getting more error: "Could not update: currently locked."

Platform is Win 10.

Access is 2003.

User application is on the Form accessing the Table in the database filr in the share folder in a NAS.

My Default advance config of the database:  30/60/2/150/250 with Shared & EDIT RECORD LEVEL LOCKING set.

Is your application split such that each user has an mdb file on their local computer linking to tables in a shared mdb file on the NAS?

Have you repaired/compacted the mdb file on the NAS?

Is anyone accessing the NAS using a wireless/wifi connection?

Do all users have the latest updates for Access/Office 2003?  I think the last service pack for Office 2003 was SP3 but it may be hard to find these days.
