Integrating Azure Insights Exceptions with Zoho Desk RRS feed

    Hello there, 

    I am in the need where I want to automate the system of creating tickets in Zoho desk where there is any exception tracked in Azure application Insights. Can you please guide me through how can I accomplish this. I am explaining in detail what I am trying to accomplish here:

    1. There is application in .net MVC which is connected with application insights. 
    2. Whenever there is an exception tracked by Azure insights then it should  create an Ticket in Zoho desk and assign to resource ( All relevant email notifications should occur). 

    Please let me know how can I do that.

    As far as I know, if you want to let the application Insights auto send the Email when Exception occured, I suggest you could try to use application Insights alert rules.

    The alert rules could add exception condition, you could set gather than 1 count then fired the rule action. In the action, you could ceate a action rule to send the Email,

    Thanks for your reply, actually I want it to create a ticket in my ZOHO Desk portal and then Zoho will send the email. Is there any way to accomplish it?

    Do you mean you want to send the noticiation to the zoho desk when exception occued in Azure insights? 

    If you want to acheve this requirement, I suggest you could try to create a azure logic app or azure functon to send  the ZOHO Rest API request to create the ticket and send Email. 

    Since I don't have the zoho account, I couldn't give you details steps about how to do it , I suggest you could loop the zoho rest api by using this document

    Then you could create action group in azure like below:
