I develop access databases. I wrote a Microsoft Project (.adp) database that was fine until a few days ago. Then it started to corrupt for no apparent reason. I would go back to a backup, make a few modifications and it would corrupt again.
Because I was getting desperate, I took a similar .accdb database and started to alter to it to match the .adp database (using MS Access tables). Then it, too began to corrupt. I went to a second workstation, recreated all my work and shortly
the .accdb database there corrupted.
My only option now is to go to a workstation with Access 2003 and rebuild using a .mdb database. But I still have to install on workstations using 2010.
What is my problem? There are no VBA issues. The project compiles successfully every time. It will sometimes corrupt when I try to go from Form View to Design View. Or when I open a recently developed form. Or when I attempt
to look at the VBA behind a control.
This is becoming frustrating. Any ideas would be welcome
