There is one reason why I prefer Google Maps over Bing maps, besides the accuracy of Google maps, is that the application for Bing Maps on windows 8.1 doesn't provide the ability to plot multiple routes. Therefore, bye-bye to Bing Maps and thank you Google

First off the accuracy of the data in Bing Maps is much better than Google Maps. This is because that data in Bing Maps has actually gone through rigorous Q&A testing and was captured by GIS professionals. As for the Windows 8.1 app... it's an
app, its not the full Bing Maps platform. There hasn't been any requests for supporting multiple routes in that app. However the Bing Maps API can support as many routes as your system memory can handle. Also, these forums are for the development API's
and unrelated to the Windows 8 app. There is a feedback button in the app for things like this.
