Blank page when access SSRS RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all!

    Today, when i logged in on my Machine and i tried to access the SSRS, i got a blank page instead the home, or whatever.

    interesting is that Friday i accessed quiet.

    Look that:

    Management Page

    I'm implementing a Custom Security in this

    <Authentication>
    	<AuthenticationTypes>
    		<Custom/>
    	</AuthenticationTypes>
    	<EnableAuthPersistence>true</EnableAuthPersistence>
    	<RSWindowsExtendedProtectionLevel>Off</RSWindowsExtendedProtectionLevel>
    	<RSWindowsExtendedProtectionScenario>Proxy</RSWindowsExtendedProtectionScenario>
    </Authentication>

    But the fact is not that i'm implementing this, because last Friday it worked fine.

    Additional useful information

    Erro logon through SQL Server

    Someone have an idea?

    Thanks a lot!

  • Check whether SSRS Services is running or not. Open Report Service Configuration Manager and check whether the report server virtual directory is configured properly.

    Check whether the below link is working or not. or you can Open IIS and open Home.aspx under Reports folder.

    http://servername/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx
