  • now I want to develop a wi-fi driver for windows compact 7 on my device,

    could you give me some ideas, such as driver api require for OS etc

  • Writing a WIFI driver is a huge task. A single person would probably take 1-3 years to develop a fully functional WIFI driver capable of all current encryption and security features. You're way better off getting a chip that has CE drivers available, like for instance the Summit SD40 range, or the TiWi, or the SD8787.

  • The WIFI driver model in WEC2013 is NDIS6.

    This is a good place to start: http://www.ndis.com/

    Since CE uses NDIS6 the "big windows" documentation about NDIS6 (mostly) applies to WEC as well.
