ISPs and MS SQL vs. MySQL RRS feed

I'm currently running several MS SQL tables at GoDaddy.com. Soon I'll be running up against their MS SQL limits and will have to either migrate to MySQL on GoDaddy or move to another ISP altogether.  Does anybody know of an ISP that offers large MS SQL storage at a reasonable price?  It seems that most ISPs, if they offer MS SQL at all, do so only for very small databases.
And if I have to switch to MySQL, can anybody recommend guidelines on how to switch from MS SQL to MySQL?  I have a number of stored procedures that I understand will not run under MySQL.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
