With soft keyboard open, is possible to "drag" the whole screen

With the soft keyboard open, the user is able to "drag" the screen. I wasn't able to create some solution to this, can anyone give me any directions?
I've created a small example to demonstrate my problem:

No it is not the expected behavior. It is fixed in RTM however.

You should be able to interact with the screen normally. Why would you want to disable this?

Then, using touch mode, click in Open dialog e then focus in input text, this will show the soft keyboard

Then, hold in a grey area and drag to left, for instance
The screen moves to left, the soft keyboard hides and the screen is all messed up.
This is the expected behavior?

No it is not the expected behavior. It is fixed in RTM however.
