Report is not getting displayed in Report Viewer RRS feed

  • Hi

    I am building an application in WPF and want to use reports in it

    as reportviewer are not implemented in WPF i am using reportviewer through windows forms host

    after executing the following statement

    me.reportviewer1.LocalReport.ReportEmbeddedResource = "WpfhostReportViewer.MyReport.rdlc"

    report created is not getting displayed in report viewer

    Please help me

  • reportDataSource.Name = this property reflects the name of the dataset created in the visual report designer.

    reportDataSource.Value = the dataset/collection containing the actual data.

    I am building a WPF application through VB.net

    I want to use Data Reports in my project

    I have Heard about Windows Forms Host control but how to use it?

    Also how to Create data report in WPF

    Plz provide some sample code if possible.

  • This is the code I use; In c#..

     

              reportViewer1.LocalReport.ReportEmbeddedResource = "Client.AppointmentTotalsByTypeAndLocation.rdlc";
              reportDataSource.Name = "DataSetAppointments";
              reportDataSource.Value = dsAppointments;
              reportViewer1.LocalReport.DataSources.Add(reportDataSource);
              reportViewer1.RefreshReport();
