EPM 2013 - Error: Could not load one or more approval categories

Question

Hello,

Could you help me please with this problem? I have a PM where she couldn't to approve project hours. When we select the Approval section it seems a message saying 'Error: Could not load one or more approval categories'.

We tried to sent pending hours again to be approved but they didn't work, they don't appear.

Otherwise it might be due to a corrupted assignment, check the ULS log to see the assignment ID. Then here is the procedure to retrieve the corrupted assignment and delete it:

Hi,

We discover that one of the resources had a wrong value (cost format) in one of the planned taks, so we change and now it works normally.
