Problem is, while I am updating the service reference, then service reference gets updated. But it takes longer time(3-4 min) than usual time.

I have tried different namespace in different service and tried changiung endpoint with IP address or localhost or computer name but result is same .

what could be the issue behind.

Please suggesst some solution , Frown

    Hi,

I never encounter this issue, how about deleting the service reference and re-adding the reference? Do you try on another machine or create a new service for testing?

    Best Regards.

    Appriciated your reply.

I tried with one Website, added one service reference , it gets added. And not taking more time.

In my Main Project, we are using 105 WCF Services under one Library project.

can this be the common cause , But I think we can use  many WCF services in one project right ?

Please correce me if I am wrong.

    Hi,

In my Main Project, we are using 105 WCF Services under one Library project.

Are you trying to hosting the 105 WCF services as one single service( all services are exposed with the same address)? If so, it will take some time to generate the proxy.

But I think we can use  many WCF services in one project right ?

Yes, but it is not suggested. You can put multiple service in one solution directory, and they are separated service( service address are different from each other), when you add a service reference, it will has nothing to do with other services.

    Best Regards.
