How can you see a list of Mailboxes that are currently being used? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is there a list in the registry, or in the Outlook folder under the users profile? Or is the only way to get them is by opening Outlook and looking in the list? I was wanting to make a tool that could pull the mailboxes and create a copy.

    Thanks

  • Have you tried to use the Namespace.Stores collection?

You can use the Stores Object and Store objects to enumerate all folders and search folders on all stores in the current session.

     Set colStores = Application.Session.Stores
     For Each oStore In colStores
     Set oRoot = oStore.GetRootFolder
     Debug.Print (oRoot.FolderPath)
     EnumerateFolders oRoot
     Next

It will enumerates all folders on all stores for a session
