HCK and WIndows 7/Vista/XP RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi!

I'm painfully new to HCK/WLK, so please excuse any dumb questions. But, can someone answer the following?

    • My interest is in LWF, WFP, and NDIS 5.1 IM drivers. It looks like I can use HCK to submit logs for digital signing for Windows 7 and 8 for my LWF and WFP drivers. However, what do I do for Vista? Do I still need to run WLK for that?
    • Same question for XP and my IM driver. Do I still need to run WLK for that?

    Thanks!

  • Yes, you need to submit for every OS you want to get a signature/certification on.

  • Hi,

may I ask another question related to this argument?

shall I submit together 32 bit and 64 bit signature for every OS or can they be present in different packages?

I am asking this because I would be comfortable using a machine as controller for 32 bit client os and other machine as controller for 64 bit client os

    Thanks
