MDS error after SQL Server 2016 SP1 CU4 RRS feed

  • Question

  • After
applying SQL Server 2016 SP1 CU4 we encounter AD Groups assignment error in MDS when editing Models and AD Groups (with user accounts all work fine):

IIS worker process hung up and throws an error (Runtime error). IIS needs to be restarted.

    When checking this feed: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlmds/thread/661a888d-7978-44ca-a6dc-789e1675669e?outputAs=rss<o:p></o:p>

The work around (even with implementing the script) does not work.<o:p></o:p>

Also applying SQL Server 2016 SP1 CU5 did not solve it.

    Any suggestions?

    Wolfgang<o:p></o:p>
