Hyper-V won't work in Windows Developer Preview RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hardware specs:

    Asus Maximus-III Formula

    Intel Core i7-860@3,66GHz

    16GB Ram

    ATI Radeon HD 5770

    2xWD Caviar Black 640GB Raid 0

After succesfully installing windows developer preview (and updating as well) i tried to enable Hyper-V under the ''turn windows feature on or off'' menu.

When it rebooted, the boot process was unable to go into the OS selection portion and instead it immediately restarted itself and when it comes up it goes straight to "Startup Repair".

Intel Virtualization Technology is enabled in bios but when i launch task manager it indicates under the CPU submenu that virtualization is disabled.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
