HELP PUBLISHING APP TO BRAZIL-KOREA-RUSSIA STORE RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have worked as a Windows Phone game developer for a long time.

With old Dashboard, it is much easier to publish my game to Brazil-Korea-Russia stores by submitting GDF file and ESRB, PEGI pdf making from online site.

But with new Dashboard, my app usually get reject by the following reason: The app is a game that targets Korea and/or Brazil and/or Russia for distribution, but does not have a valid game rating certificate.

Although i have completed App properties before submit update.

I have tried to submit GDF file and ESRB, PEGI pdf making from online site to where "Drag your certificate here (.cer) or browse your files." in App properties. But still get reject by the same reason.

I really want to publish my game to those store. Is there anyway to do it?

    Please help me!

  • Hi there,

Same problem for one of my apps. I took out the Korean one (still don't know how to do it!)

For the Brazil / Russian certificate, it was a PEGI certificate but i also was careful to add details on the board (it helps to define the PEGI and orient it in regards to what is checked).

As for Korea, I just unchecked the availability in their store, it looks Kafka-esque.

    Good luck and cheers!

  • Hi,

I tried to update my game again on 14th Oct 2015 and fail again with same result: The app is a game that targets Korea and/or Brazil and/or Russia for distribution, but does not have a valid game rating certificate.

Here is the link to Certification Report: https://dev.windows.com/en-us/dashboard/File/CertReport?appId=9NBLGGH5XQKJ&certReportFileId=1152921504681385212

I followed the steps list you told me. First, i made 2 online rating certificate and got 2 file

    ESRB : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9zxpqzA_rB3c1dPMDBTME9seWM/view?usp=sharing

    PEGI : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9zxpqzA_rB3dE9QNmgtcTN4S1U/view?usp=sharing

When i updated my game, i submitted ESRB file to Brazil and PEGI file to Russia and choose the age fit with rating certificates. I didn't have rating certificate for Korea, so i didn't check Korea in "Markets and custom prices". After a day review, my game is rejected.

What should i do to fix it?
