Is .NET 4 compatible WITH SQL SERVER 2012? RRS feed

  • HI,

    We are migrating sql server from 2005 to 2012. Our applications are built in .NET 4.0

    Any idea - Is .NET 4 compatible WITH SQL SERVER 2012?

    If there are any issue, can some one please list those?

    Hello,

    The .NET Framework Version which your application is utilizing doesn't matter for compatibility with SQL Server, it will work anyway.

  • Rather than that, I think you should be concerned about the Breaking / Discontinued features of SQL Server. Please take a look at the following documentation:
