Concept of tasks on project server workspaces RRS feed

  • I want to be sure I understand the concept of the task list on project server workspaces...

    1. There is no connection between these tasks and the tasks in project schedule (managed in MS Project)?
    2. They are intended to be 'general tasks' that do/should not be included in the project schedule such as "hold a weekly status meeting"?
    3. Tasks in the workspace list do not show up on the "My Tasks" view in PWA?

    Are those statements correct?

  • Yes. Tasks on workspace are just a SharePoint Collaboration Feature, nothing to do with My Tasks in PWa.
