  • The Bing Maps team has released over 70% of the globe with imagery in the past year. It takes a long time to collect, process and release aerial imagery. Over 50% of Canada has been released with new imagery. Some areas already had imagery and other remote areas may not yet have imagery. There is not timeline for when there will be complete coverage of the full globe with high resolution imagery.

  • The team is constantly capturing imagery of the world. I'm certain they are capturing imagery in Canada but I can't provide any details on this.

  • There is no public schedule. The imagery is captured and released regularly for the whole globe. This is very time consuming. It took 3 years to capture 70% of the land on the globe which is all the imagery that has been released in the past year. There is a regular refresh cycle for urban areas. Rural areas will be captured/updated as we go along.
