With BizTAlk 2010 adapter pack is available as part of Developer, Standard and Enterprise editions and not available as separate package. For details see Pricing and Licensing FAQs
Q. Is the BizTalk Adapter Pack included with BizTalk Server?
A. Yes. The BizTalk Adapter Pack is included with the Developer, Standard, and Enterprise Editions.
A. No. The BizTalk Adapter Pack that is included with the BizTalk Server 2010 license is treated as supplemental software to BizTalk Server. This means that if you purchase one processor or BizTalk Server 2010, you can only install any of the pieces of the software covered by the license on a single processor. You cannot install BizTalk Server 2010 on one server and the BizTalk Adapter Pack on another server. You can, however, choose to install the included BizTalk Adapter Pack on a server without BizTalk Server 2010 as long as you do not later install BizTalk Server 2010 on a different server.

Hi,
Adapter Pack 2.0 belongs to BizTalk 2009/2006 R2. The adapter pack with these versions was seperate from BizTalk media (ISO) and available through download (MSDN, Eval, or through Volume License Agreement). This package could be purchased without BizTalk license. With BizTalk 2010 that has been changed. It now as you can see from Rohit's reply part of BizTalk 2010 and not available seperately. You will have to contact your reseller or view your existing contract for BizTalk Adapter Pack 2.0. I believe the price was around $5000 US.
