Best Practices/Templates for Help & Training Site RRS feed

  • I'm redesigning the Help & Training site for our employee intranet, where thousands of non-technical users have to get comfortable as consumers or creators of content very quickly. Is there a best practice or a template to design the site & populate it? A knowledge base, FAQ, support request list, and good end user how-to content?

    I'm waiting for the IT department to install the Productivity Hub so I can look at it, and I'm reviewing the Office Sharepoint Server 2007 Training Resources from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=25260#instructions (the videos don't play, btw - anyone know why?). They need extensive edits for my global, non-technical audience.
