New Web App - Progress Bar Spins Forever

Question
-
I am running on TP3 Refresh with the App Services RP. This RP has been running smoothly for quite a number of deployments. However, during a recent attempt to create a new Web App, the progress bar just sits forever. I have a tenant subscription and the Microsoft.Web Provider is registered for the subscription. I restarted the browser and re-logged in as the tenant with no change. I have attached a screen print for all to see. Where might I start to troubleshoot this issue?Thursday, April 20, 2017 5:54 PM

Hi Mike,
Please do these checks
Check: Subscription "Default IaaS Subscription" is on an offer having "Microsoft.Web"
Check: App Service management server is running. To check, navigate in Admin Portal, "Resource Providers" -> "App Service", if you can see the resource provider's main blade, then the management server is good.
Will look more on the results of those check
Thanks.

Thanks for posting. You can look at browser console log and network trace (F12) to troubleshoot.
Can you share following stuffs form browser debugging console (open browser console before trying to create web app)?
- session info (Ctrl-Alt-A)
- HAR (browser network trace) file
- and console log.

Hi Gary,
My apologies for taking so long on this. I just sent an email requesting the workspace setup.
I tried setting up the entire environment from scratch and have encountered the same issue. Hopefully the logs reveal something pertinent.
Thanks,
Mike
