    I recommend to use a freeware "Advanced IP Scanner".
    After downloading and installing it, you will see IP addresses in your local network.

    You can Directly get the IP address of your printer. You have to Print the configuration sheet of your printer. The IP address of your printer will be mentioned in the configuration page of your printer. If you want to print the configuration page then follow these easy steps.

    1. Press and hold the Power button or Go button of printer for few seconds. In some printers this method is worth to print the configuration of your printer.

    If the first step doesn't work then you have to follow these steps.

    1. Press Menu button.
    2. Click on information.
    3. After that click on Print Configuration.

    There are different options available in different printers. You can get the help of the user guide of your printer. In which you will the details to print configuration page.
