How to use more than one public certificate for an application RRS feed

  • Hi Guys,

    Is that possible to upload more than one public certificate for an applicaiton. If yes, than how I can set which certificate to use by the application.

  • Yes it is possible to generate another certificate and use that for an application.

    For that you have to use 2 things:

    a. On the config.healthvault-ppe.com site, upload the public certificate (.cer) file. This feature is available in the certs tab.
    b. Assuming you are using the SDK, add the following line in web.config


    <add key="AppCertSubject" value="WildcatApp-XXXXXXX" />

    This will override what certifiate the SDK will use.
