when i click security tab on Web Site adminstation tool to create user i get error

There is a problem with your selected data store. This can be caused by an invalid server name or credentials, or by insufficient permission. It can also be caused by the role manager feature not being enabled. Click the button below to be redirected to a page where you can choose a new data store.

The following message may help in diagnosing the problem: ORA-06550: line 1, column 15: PLS-00201: identifier 'ORA_ASPNET_MEM_GETALLUSERS' must be declared ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored  i searched oracle forums  but could find solution.
i do not have any problem connectiong to oracle database or any problem  using sqlmembershipprovider to create database in sql.

if any one had tried this please help
