Does a snapped view have to be created for every screen ?

    Question

  • I have a metro app with several screens (since it has a deep hierarchy). I was wondering if it was required to have a snap view for every screen or a summary snap view which will give an idea about the state of the app ?

  • No, it doesn't. Do what makes the most sense for your application. Look at the Sports app for instance. In the snapped view it just provides information about your favorite teams.

  • I mean providing a snapped view seems to be a requirement what you show in there is entirely up to you, in my @MetroRSSReader Full view shows variable grid, snapped view shows the list with Title and Description without any images.

    Hope that helps
