Exchange 2010 - interval is missing in Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.Recurrence.YearlyPattern RRS feed

  • There are relative and absolute recurrence. Probably you are trying to implement relative yearly recurrence. Look at the examples below:

  • No, we also read the appointments, and it is clearly a YearlyPattern. But even so, a RelativeYearlyPattern should have an interval, as well.

The examples you have provided belong to a company named 'Independentsoft', that built a component around the Exchange web services, and they do not provide an interval in either case. So, probably they are facing the same problem.

    Kind regards,

  • This affects us too, the property is clearly missing.

    +1 for adding it.

  • A work around would be to use the MonthlyPattern, but multiply the number of years by 12 as the interval.

  • I'm experiencing this as well. I think you can calculate it by reading the individual occurrence items. But that does not create a 100% solution for me because I still cannot update it manually through Exchange, and if I modify the item it will reset the interval back to 1.
