Not all text is shown on the dev center start page

Question

Not all text is shown on the dev center start page as you -hopefully- can see using this link:

It is a tablet pc i have bought in Aldi Belgium. So a small keyboard with tablet which you can separate from it.

1920x1080 is the resolution. Seems like an enormous bug to me? The dev center itself  is not even properly shown?

On top of that the search function (on the top right) does not work at all on occasions

Well I found a workaround:

I tried the dev center with Chrome and it worked immediately. Then I tried IE again and it worked too! I finally can work in a normal way with the dev center :)
