Error TNS:lost contact RRS feed

  • This question is related to BizTalk Server 2010, for WCF-OracleDB adapter. The first time the connection to Oracle is made (e.g. after restarting host instances) I receive the error TNS:lost contact. After the first failed attempt to make connection, it is successful thereafter.

    Is there any reason for this and any settings than can be changed to resolve this issue.
