self hosted integration runtime error dynamics 365?


  • Getting below error when i am trying to connect ADFv2 through Self intergration runtime to dynamics 365(cloud) and there is no issue in Autoresolve integration. Does Self integration run time supports dynamics 365? 

    Connection failed

  • I can connect to Dynamics 365 online via my self-hosted IR successfully. Could you please confirm you are using the latest version of integration Runtime?

  • yes it's latest IR, downloaded yesterday i.e Version 3.10.6803.1(Data factory V2), there is no issue connecting through auto resolve integration and also azure SQL boxes connecting successfully through Self-hosted IR.

    Does self hosted IR uses different network route/port to connect dynamics 365?  Copied below IR event log connection error message.
