  • Hi,

You can try using a web installer.

Here is a same issue. you could read it.

    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19444718/visual-studio-2013-rtm-setup-failed-the-form-specified-for-the-subject-is-not

If it can't help you solve your issue, please follow these steps to reinstall VS 2013 Ultimate:
    1. Update your windows and disable Anti-Virus software.

    2. Use ISO file to install VS 2013 Ultimate. You can download the ISO file from the website below.

    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=320679

Before you install it, I suggest you use this tool http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290 to verify hash of the ISO. The point of the exercise is to generate a hash value (SHA1) from the ISO file so that it can be checked against the known value for that file. Any discrepancy would indicate that the file was corrupted.

The sha1 value of ISO is “DFC763DBE91060D0A5FC25D5DB2EFFD5C5A2163E”.

    3.Clear your %temp% folder.

4.Run the setup file as administrator.

5.If the installation fails, please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the latest installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.cab from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://skydrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

    Regards.
