how do I ensure that BCM emails sent through exchange are connected to my contacts? RRS feed

  • I have an employee that uses BCM who is now having problems since we moved from a POP3 mail server to Exchange 2010. BCM used to keep track of his sent emails for each contact.  Now when the user sends emails from BCM, it only keeps them in the Exchange Sent folder and not in BCM.  Is there are way to integrate both?
