  • There are couple of ways to fix this issue, 1) index columns used as view filters 2) Increase the Threshold. more understanding check below article for your reference:

  • there are several more methods:
    - move items to sub folders
    - use different list views - each list view should have filter configured so totalt number of list items won't exceed 5000 items (e.g. 2 list views: HR and Finance. First will show only items which have Department=HR while another for Department=Finance).

    This is a well-known common problem, in general, changing the list threshold may not always work well.
