    We need a help to resolve the “Certificate issue” in “Customer Care Framework” [CCF] – 2005 version.

    We are using PeopleSoft in our organization integrated with CCF.

    We have installed relevant Certificate for IE6 and IE8 in organizational IE policies which does not ask us to insert a Certificate while opening PeopleSoft in normal IE [ either 6 or 8 ].

    However, when we try to open the same within CCF, it’s been popped up to insert either a Certificate or click Yes to Security alert as shown in the following pop ups.

    If we click yes, it works fine however on clicking on No tab, it just logs out from relevant Page of PeopleSoft which leads to a production downtime for the specific user.

    When we checked the same in CCF with IE6, it does not ask for this security alerts and works fine without prompting to the user which is a normal function as of date.

    Hence, we need your guidance on the same to avoid the occurrences of the same in IE8 as we have recently upgrading our IE6 to IE8 due to end of life support of IE6.

    Would like to have your valuable response on the same.
