The error message explains that the assembly file does not exists in the /Bin folder in your current application. Check your /Bin folder and make sure the assembly file exists.

It looks like you are trying to pass Office types (Word documents, Excel sheets etc) through your webservice.  This isn't really going to work.

Looks like your service dependent file is not found for the referring project when you add and compile along with service reference. Once u get the dependingffiles it should be good.

After I added service reference that 's only one of the error message, all the namespace gone either.

Error 2 'ConfigurationManager' is not declared. It may be inaccessible due to its protection level.

Error 3 Type 'Exception' is not defined.

Error 8 Type 'Data.DataTable' is not defined. .........

if I deleted the service reference, no error at all. Is it visual studio 2012 bugs. All the other team members don't get errors, except me. I'm the only person in the team use visual studio 2012.

Try copying the contents of the bin folder from a colleague that has the solution working, into your bin folder.  They probably have certain things on their machine that you don't.
