Intune Ap Protection for Azure B2B users RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have app and I am using Intune app protection and every thing is working fine. I have few azure B2B users.

I also read some app configuration policies.

My question is how I will read the app configuration policies for my Guest users.

  • Could you elaborate on this point "app configuration policies for my Guest users"? I guess, you're talking about Intune App Protection policy for B2B guest users. If so, I would suggest you to post your query in the Microsoft Intune forum or please confirm the same so that we can move this question to Intune experts.

  • Hi Som -

Today there is no support for using Intune with B2B users.

Users must have to have their devices managed in their home tenant, not in the tenants they are a guest in.

  • yes. I am talking about intune app configuration and protection policies. please move it in appropriate forum.

    after authentication we call mam.getconfigurtaion(useridentity).

here we only pass the user identity and not the tenant. In case of guest user it will always try to read the settings from user's current tenant. not the tenant where user is guest user.

note: it is working is case of normal azure AD user.
