Select items from a list RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have created a list that contains a couple hundred profiles of potential employees.  The user is able to filter the list according to certain columns etc.  What they want to do now is send an email to all cadidates in the filtered list.  There is an email column, which contains the email address.  So for example, if they filter the list down from 200, to say 10, they want to be able to press one button, that extracts those 10 email address, and puts them in the 'To' box of a new email in Outlook.  Alternatively, have check boxes next to each list item, so the user can select a bunch of items, click for example a button that says 'Email Selected Candidates' and opens a new email with the addresses populated.

    Any help greatly appreciated!
