How to change my account type to a individual RRS feed

    Hello,
    I subscribed to Windows Phone Dev (ISV) on 01/11-2012 but I made a mistake on my account type. I chose the type company by mistake, I want to have an account Individual or study.
    Is it possible to change the account type, because presently I can not use it on windows dev because it always asks me to subscribe and pay another $ 100. ??

    Unfortunately we do not have the capability to change the account type.  Please submit a support ticket so we can further assist.  You will need to start over with a different Microsoft Account (Live ID) and create a new Dev Center account.  The support agent will refund the first subscription fee that you paid on the business account.  We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
