I have one query regarding design of Default Screen which is generated by LightSwitch after saving a New Data Screen.
Is this Possible?

It's true that you cannot edit the automatically generated details screen, but you can turn your New Data screen into a screen that allows for creating new entities and editing existing ones: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/lightswitch/ff945359.aspx

I'm not really quite sure what you're asking here.
If you mean can you change the design of the generated default screens? The answer is "no".
If you're asking can you create screens to be used instead of the generated screens, the answer is "yes".
(plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose!)
