In a sense this isn't really a question about Access per se - - but Access, like nearly any database, has import features to bring in data into its tables.
The data must be structured like a grid and in a format it can understand: excel, txt typically. Or one database can link to other database tables - via ODBC...at least the major brands of database.
So the question is "stored in RFID tag" - can one get data out of that into an excel or text file? I am not conversant on this technology.
Can't link to Word or PDF or JPG. no structure. In example a lot of business have an online store that is hosted / rented from a 3rd party - - they export their new sales data daily out to excel or text - - and then import into their local database.
So this kind of thing is very common.
