How to add/access recipients from other outlook address book

Question

Do i have to export address book, import, or connect to the exchange server?

Would i need the external outlook address book to be exported? or is there a way to connect and access it?

What other Outlook address book are you talking about? Is that something in that Outlook or in another instance of Outlook?

 

What version of Outlook?

 

Is this with or without Exchange server? Is the address book in a PST file?
