Lost access to my website RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,
I had created a windows azure website with the
URL : http://veeresh.azurewebsites.net/ with my 3 month free trial.

The 3 month free trial is over and I have lost access to that URL. Now I have upgraded my account to Pay-As-You-Go service. I Was hoping that I'll get my access back to my website. But I did not.

Now when I try to create a new website with the same url http://veeresh.azurewebsites.net/ with my new subscription, it does not let me do it. It says the address is already taken up. But that must taken up by me only with my 3 month free subscription account. So is there any way I can get my access back to my website or at least let me create a new website with the same URL. ?

    thanks,
    Veeresh.

  • Wei,

Yeah my service is up and running and I'm able to create new websites with my pay-as-you-go service. It just that I lost my old website. I wish Microsoft had a smooth way of transitioning its Free Trial customers to other services.

    thanks,

    Veeresh.
