  • Question

  • I am using the following script, but it does not work the part where I click. I need to click on a childNodes automatically.

    <script type="text/javascript">
        window.onload = function () {
            var formatDropDown = document.getElementById('rvProcess_ctl05_ctl04_ctl00_Menu');
            var formats = formatDropDown.childNodes;

            if (formatDropDown != null) {
                formatDropDown.removeChild(formats[3]);
                formatDropDown.removeChild(formats[1]);
            }

            var item = formatDropDown.getElementsByTagName('LI')[2];
            item.click();

        }

  • Hi CADAVID,

    Based on the current information, you will be better served by the Visual Studio Report Controls forum.

    Additionally, if you mean making a toggle item expanded initially, you can work around this issue on the report level by setting the InitialToggleStatus property for the textbox that contains the toggle based on an expression.
