    Based on your post, my understanding  of your question is that you need to save the name of the image file into the database. Then you can display the image in the picturebox control.   • Just a quick note on this if you are interested in Access dayabases, they have a new datatype for exactly this, links to external images. It's well know that image storage cause rapid database enlargment. Microsofts response to this is the new datatype in Access 2007 databases.
