    Where is your solution from, 3rd party or your own development?

    I suggest you to ask for related person on how to use this field type.

    Per my view, you need to check if the Parent Name and Child Name correct, which means with the correct format. And I don't quite understand the meaning of "Column to Join to Parent".

    There is no out of box solution for cascading drop down field in SharePoint 2010.

    The screenshot you provided is perhaps a custom field type solution.

  • Okay. 

    Issue is, When field selected from site & respective field should display in the Area.  But it is not happening as expected. 

    Ex: 
    From List A, Below  two columns(site & area) are belongs to "cascade drop down list" 





    And site column is from is is from  List B
          Area column  is  is from List C 

    Did we give any wrong parameters in the below area(screenshot)? Please clarify
