ScrollViewer_ViewChange won't raise for the first time RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I'm currently build an Universal App(WP & Win8.1), and I was using the scrollViewer's ViewChanged event in my app, I notices that the event won't raise for the first time, which mean when I scrolling up or down the list for the first time, the event just simply do nothing at all, it only start raising from second time. want to ask is it a bug or something? because I try to search around the web, and found there is also a zooming bug of it =/

  • Can you provide an app for testing?  You can upload to OneDrive and share it here.

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.
