    Hi itsathere,

How can i ignore the late response time in mssql server

Could you first clarify what the “i ignore the late response time” means? Do you want to reduce the response time or other things?

If you want to improve the SQL query performance, you could refer to the following links to modify your code and the second one provides a demo about how to diagnosis and solve the issues and I think you’d better read it carefully.

Besides, you should consider whether you need to load an amount of data each time. The best way is just loading a small number of data that would be used, like the paging. Or, you could backup the old data to decrease the current database size.

    Hi,

My understanding is that you you have a timeout error. Depending on what you are using to access your db you could try to change : https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.data.sqlclient.sqlcommand.commandtimeout(v=vs.110).aspx Of course you may want also to check if this is expected and if you couldn't speed up this query.

If not please be more explicit about your issue.

Try removing the CONVERT. Do that conversion in your presentation layer.

Doing something similar with IsActive will probably help too.

Try to tune your Stored proc by adding proper indexes to the tables.
