  • Are there some good examples how to create the Entryscreen of a SL applicaton? (Size, position etc).

What kind of navigation is the most common?

  • Can you be a little more specific with what you're working on? Quince is always a good place to start, but w/o knowing if you're building a data entry app, a dashboard, a mapping app, etc it's really hard to be specific.

  • Well. I really don't know exactly.
I've lots of ideas. One project I did is http://www.dekotown.ch  (it's in German).
I wan't now redesign a page for a cycle team. There is some XML-Data in the background (biketeam.steffsworld.ch).

The big problem is, that I'm not a designer... but I want to create some nice pages.

  • I would advise hiring a designer to achieve that really, but if you cannot.....

Go minimalist, its the one of the easiest and most effective means of achieving acceptable design. The Metro UI guidelines introduced with Windows Phone 7 is a great starting point and reference for that, heres the link: Windows Phone 7 Series UI & Interaction Guide

Thats the best I can do to help.
